Brief story:

Since 2003, I am deeply addicted to Les Mills programs, especially BodyCombat. I discovered LesMills programs in Toulouse at Ligne Tonic but at that time I was mostly addicted to BodyAttack. People who have ever seen me at Ligne Tonic will know what I mean.

A year later, I moved to Denmark, Århus. As I could not find any BodyAttack classes there, I decided to turn on BodyCombat (I had tried it before but was not such a fan at that time). I elected FitnessDk as my chosen fitness club there and then I had an EPIPHANY. I quickly became addicted, after 2 weeks, I was completely into it. I even decided to take boxing and kick-boxing classes enjoying so much that sensation I get each time I finished a class. The instructors were also so great. Many thanks to Christoffer, Leila, Lars, Leon and the BC team with who I had so much fun doing BC in Denmark :)

Now, I live in Madrid. It has taken some time to find a good club with instructors of the same level as the Danes but finally I made it. I am now in FitnessFirst Albufera and I have a lot of fun with Ana and David.

I have posted some pics below, mostly from Denmark but I will soon post some from Spain.
