am associate professor
at the _rhus School of
Business, Denmark since January 2008 and research affiliate at
the Center for Corporate Performance. Previously, I was assistant
professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, at the Department of
Business Administration. I
am working on the economics of organizations, personnel economics, industrial
economics and labor
economics.
